ItemTracker and Provalidus have been working together for over four
years and have implemented a number of systems together. Being an
approved implementer means that our customers can use Provalidus as a
single point to buy, define functionality, configure, document, Test
ItemTracker against your requirements.
Provalidus can off a rapid implementation of ItemTracker using our proven methodology. We start with a process mapping exercise to define the use within the context of your environment. From this we carry out a functionality assessment and create a system requirements specification. This allows us to undertake a design review with the customer, the output of which is a functional specification. system configuration takes place next and we demonstrate the functionally to the customer. Following this, IQ, OQ and PQ subject to customer needs. There are two points at which we recommend undertaking risk assessments but can align these with the customers own systems.
